Marketing is changing.
Content creation is cheaper and faster, but good judgement is more critical than ever.
And your market is moving.
New competitors might be in it for the long-run, or may be gone by next year. But one thing is certain: they’re moving quickly.
To win in this environment, you need speed and focus. You need to prioritise effectiveness and make informed decisions, fast.
Introducing TWO>20
TWO>20 is a lean marketing service created by brass neck and KMA Marketing that helps you and your team focus for greater marketing impact.
It addresses a problem we call the “20 things” trap.
Most businesses are buried in a mountain of 20 marketing tools, 20 channels, and 20 weeks of delay disguised as analysis. Add to this the challenges of 20 opinions, and it becomes paralysis.
For a fixed fee, we’ll provide marketing teams with two focus activities that will grow your business faster than being spread thinly over 20. Our main criteria for focus areas is simple: they have the short-term potential to grow 2x.
Two experts
Two-week delivery
Two focus activities
2x growth aspiration
TWO>20 will give teams access to Kirsten Paul and Killian McAleese, marketing and comms experts with more than 30 years of experience between them and leave you with the strategy you’ve been meaning to create.
The TWO>20 process
We’ll work with you for a two-week sprint, with four phases:
1. Rapid research
A questionnaire combined with diagnostic tools and desk research gets us up to speed with your business, your market, and where the real opportunities lie.
2. Half-day workshop
This is the core of the engagement. We’ll work intensively with your team to surface the two activities worth prioritising and define your 2x focus: the areas with the highest short-term growth potential.
3. Sprint
We create the required assets and resources during a two-week sprint to help you leverage your two focus areas immediately afterwards. The process is fast and focused. The resources are built to be used, not filed.
4. Action plan handover
We’ll close the process with a clear action plan, outlining what to do, who does it, and in what order. You leave with clear, addressable priorities and confidence.
While outcomes will vary from business to business, deliverables you can expect to gain following the TWO>20 engagement could include:
A tailored content and comms strategy
A Go-To-Market framework
Or anything else we extract from the Discovery Workshop
Capacity and access are strictly limited to this hands-on and expert-led service.
What are your two focus areas?
